Fans tell you things. Their job, their dog’s name, the fact they are going through a divorce, the thing they said once at 2am that mattered more than anything else in the conversation.

Six months and four thousand messages later, nobody remembers any of it — and the fan absolutely does.

AI Memory solves this. The platform maintains a living summary of the durable facts about every fan, automatically, and puts it in front of the AI on every single reply.

What it is

A compact, continuously maintained list of what actually matters about a person:

- Works night shifts as a paramedic in Manchester
- Has a golden retriever called Bear
- Divorced in 2024; does not want to discuss it
- Prefers being teased over being complimented
- Buys custom videos, never PPV photo sets
- Birthday on 14 March

It is built entirely from what the fan has said in their own conversation with your creator. No external data, no enrichment, no guesswork.

How it works

You do not maintain it, schedule it, or trigger it.

As a conversation grows, the platform periodically reviews the recent exchange against what it already knows.
New durable facts are merged in.
Anything the conversation contradicts is removed — if he mentioned a girlfriend in March and a break-up in July, the memory reflects July.
Small talk and one-off pleasantries are discarded. Only things that will still be true next month survive.
The result is injected into every draft for that fan.

The summary stays short by design. It is a working brief, not a transcript.

Why it matters commercially

It compounds. Most conversation tooling gets worse as a relationship ages, because the important context scrolls out of view. This gets better, because the memory keeps the important part and discards the rest.

It closes sales. Recalling that someone only buys customs, and only after payday, is the difference between an offer that converts and one that annoys.

It survives staff turnover. A new chatter opening a two-year relationship gets the same brief the last one had. Institutional knowledge stops living in someone’s head.

It rescues cold relationships. Reopening a conversation after four months with a specific, accurate reference to something they told you is the single most effective win-back opening there is.

How it relates to your own notes

Three fields hold information about a fan, and they never interfere with each other:

All three are read by the AI on every reply. They differ in role, not in visibility: Notes and memory are material the reply is built from, instructions are rules it is built within.

The platform never edits the first two. If you want the AI to behave a certain way, write it in Instructions for the AI — that is a directive, and it always outranks anything in memory.

⚠️ Nothing on a fan profile is hidden from the AI. There is no staff-only field. Internal commentary — risk notes, opinions, chargeback history, who handled the account — must not go in Notes; it will be in the prompt for every draft. See The Fan Profile.

Reviewing and correcting it

AI Memory is visible on the fan profile and on the Fan tab of the side panel, so a chatter can read it before answering.

If something in it should not be there — a fact the fan later corrected, or a sensitive detail you would rather the AI never referenced — write the correction into Instructions for the AI. A standing instruction takes priority over memory on every reply.

Agency tip. Build a habit of reading the memory before answering a VIP. It takes four seconds and it is the closest thing to having handled that relationship yourself.

Availability

AI Memory is active by default on every account. It begins building as soon as a conversation has enough material to summarise, so new fan profiles fill in on their own as the relationship develops.
