The Side Panel
The side panel is your workspace. It sits beside the conversation, follows whichever chat is on screen, and holds everything needed to answer well.
It has five tabs plus settings.
Draft — where the work happens
Section titled “Draft — where the work happens”The tab you will spend the day in.
The header shows the creator you are acting as and the conversation you are in, so there is never any doubt whose voice you are writing in.
The fan’s unanswered messages. Everything they have sent since your creator last replied, each one listed separately, newest first, with older ones expandable. The whole set is answered together — a fan who wrote three messages gets a reply that addresses all three, not just the last line.
The glance. A single line summarising the relationship: funnel stage, total spend, when they were last seen, and a warmth indicator. The Fan tab, one across in the rail, holds the full record of the same person.
The draft area. The generated reply, fully editable, with its translation beneath it when bilingual mode is on.
The hint box. A one-off instruction that shapes this draft only — “be shorter”, “decline politely”, “mention the new set”. It is not saved and does not affect any other conversation.
The actions. Generate, Copy, Insert, Send — and this conversation’s history import.
Replies — saved responses
Section titled “Replies — saved responses”Your creator’s quick replies, ready to copy in one click. Openers, standard answers, pricing lines, anything your team uses repeatedly.
Copying a quick reply never overwrites a draft you have already written.
Creator — who you are being
Section titled “Creator — who you are being”A read-only view of the creator you are acting as: their card, their five mood dimensions right now, and their weekly routine.
Useful when a fan asks what she is doing today, or when you want to understand why the drafts are reading warmer or shorter than usual.
Autopilot — automation control
Section titled “Autopilot — automation control”The operational screen for automated working, top to bottom:
- Is it working right now — the top row, and the only part of the panel that changes colour. Off, it says so. Running, it turns green and shows who is being served and what is happening. Start / Stop sits in that same row: it is the tab’s only action, and what it does is limited to your own browser.
- The autopilot works on — two large switches for the groups of fan this session should handle, each led by the number of fans in that group.
- Where it works — lock on one fan, or all fans in the list. Each option carries its own settings: the fan’s reply mode for the first; the freshness window, the size of the list and how long a full pass takes for the second.
- While it runs — progress through the pass, counters, and the log of what went out, which opens by itself.
- A reply is held back when… — the four situations that hold a reply back for a person, folded away with a count.
There is never any ambiguity about whether automation is active: the top of the tab says so in colour, and the toolbar icon shows AP while it runs.

Fan — the CRM, in reach
Section titled “Fan — the CRM, in reach”Everything your business knows about the person you are answering, without leaving the conversation:
- Tags and your team’s Notes
- Instructions for the AI — the standing orders for this fan
- The AI memory of what they have told you
- Funnel stage, total spend, closeness
- Follow-up reminders
- The two switches that belong to this fan alone: their reply mode and their language. The reply mode is the same control the Autopilot tab shows, so changing it in either place changes it everywhere
The tab always follows whoever the Draft tab is answering, so it can never show you the wrong person.

Settings — the gear icon
Section titled “Settings — the gear icon”Account-level controls, deliberately kept out of the tab rail because they are not things you switch between while working:
- The account you are signed in as
- The creator you are acting as
- Theme and interface language. The theme is for this browser only; the language is the one on your profile, so changing it here changes the dashboard too
- Bilingual drafts on or off
- Page diagnostics
- The account-wide chat history import
Working with the panel closed
Section titled “Working with the panel closed”The panel is designed to stay open, but the toolbar icon keeps you informed if you close it:

To cancel a pending automatic send, open the panel, or use the pause control in the extension popup.
Working without a conversation on screen
Section titled “Working without a conversation on screen”The panel does not require an open chat to be useful. You can select a fan manually, type or paste what they said, and generate a full draft against their real history and profile.
This is useful when the conversation is somewhere the panel cannot reach — a creator reading her inbox on her phone and relaying what a fan said, for example — or for drafting a reply before opening the platform, or preparing a message for someone else to send. (The panel itself is desktop-only; see Installing the Extension.)
The Insert and Send buttons apply to the conversation on screen and are unavailable in this mode — Copy is always available.
Layout tips for chatters
Section titled “Layout tips for chatters”- Keep the panel open all shift. It follows conversations automatically.
- Use the glance before you read the draft. Two seconds of context changes how you judge the reply.
- Read the Fan tab before answering a VIP. Always.
- Use the hint box instead of rewriting. Steering the draft is faster than fixing it, and it produces better material to learn from.
