Quick Start

This guide takes you from a new account to your first AI-generated reply. Set aside about ten minutes.

You will need: your login details, and a browser tab signed in to the creator account you want to work with.

The three that matter, end to end:

Three steps: add a creator, add a fan, ask for the first reply

  1. Go to the sign-up page and register with your work email address, or continue with Google.
  2. Confirm your email address using the link we send you.
  3. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when prompted.

The person who registers becomes the Owner of the account. The Owner has every permission, including billing, and cannot be locked out or demoted by anyone else on the team.

Agency tip. Register with a shared, permanent company address rather than a personal one. Ownership belongs to the business, not to whoever set it up.

A creator is the persona your team writes as. It might be a real creator you manage, or a character you operate.

  1. Open Creators and click + New Creator.
  2. Give it a display name and set the time zone the creator actually lives in. This drives their daily rhythm and their quiet hours, so it is worth getting right.
  3. Choose a starter persona from the gallery, or start from scratch.

The starter personas are complete, production-ready voices you can ship with immediately and refine later:

StarterBest for
Girl Next DoorWarm, approachable, conversational. The safest default for a broad audience
Confident DommeAssertive, in control, direct. Strong for a defined niche
Explicit / No FilterMaximum directness for accounts where that is the expectation

Choosing a starter gives you an independent copy. Edit it freely — your changes belong to your creator alone.

See Creators and Personas for the full range of voice controls.

The extension ships to your agency as a managed package, so every chatter runs the same build. Installing it takes about two minutes.

  1. Follow the steps in Installing the Extension.
  2. Click the Sufflera icon in your toolbar and sign in with the same account you just created.
  3. Select the creator you are acting as from the dropdown.

That page also covers pinning the icon and how updates are delivered.

  1. Go to your creator’s inbox on OnlyFans, Fansly or Fanvue and open any conversation.
  2. Click the Sufflera icon and choose Open the panel.

The side panel opens beside the chat. It immediately recognises who you are talking to, matches them to your CRM, and begins syncing the conversation. If this is a fan the platform has not seen before, a profile is created for them automatically.

You will see:

  • every message the fan has sent since your creator last replied, listed individually;
  • a one-line summary of the fan — funnel stage, total spend, last seen, warmth;
  • your draft area, and the Generate button.

  1. Click Generate.
  2. Read the draft. Edit anything you want to change.
  3. Send it using whichever option suits you:
    • Copy — copies to your clipboard to paste yourself.
    • Insert — places the text into the platform’s message box so you can press send yourself.
    • Send — inserts and sends in one action.

That is the core loop. Everything sent is recorded in the CRM automatically, so the next draft in this conversation already knows what was said.

Agency tip. Before your chatters start, generate five drafts against real conversations yourself and adjust the persona based on what you see. Twenty minutes of tuning at this stage pays for itself across every conversation that follows.

New conversations are captured from the moment you install. Everything that came before needs one import.

  1. In the side panel, open Settings (the gear icon) and choose Chat history.
  2. Pick a depth and click Collect everything.

Leave the tab open while it works. From then on, history stays current by itself — opening a conversation automatically brings in anything that arrived while you were away.

Details and options are in Conversation History.

  1. Open Settings → Team and click Invite teammate.
  2. Enter their email address and choose a role.
  3. If you are inviting a Chatter, assign the creators they are allowed to work with.

Roles and what each one can do are covered in Team and Permissions.
