Service: Sufflera — web application, backend API and Chrome extension Effective date: September 29, 2026 Last updated: September 29, 2026 Version: 1.0
This Refund Policy explains when money paid for Sufflera is returned. It summarises §10 and §15 of the Terms of Service; if the two ever differ, the Terms of Service prevail.
1. All payments are final
Section titled “1. All payments are final”All payments — balance top-ups, subscription fees and draft packs — are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by mandatory applicable law (§3) or where we end the Service ourselves (§4).
In particular, no refund, credit or set-off is given for:
- unused time in the current billing period;
- unused drafts or unused draft packs;
- lowering your configuration or cancelling your subscription;
- balance left on the account;
- suspension or termination of your account for breach of the Terms of Service;
- dissatisfaction with the quality of generated drafts;
- downtime or degraded performance;
- loss of access to a third-party platform (OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue or any other), or a change on that platform that stops a feature from working.
2. Try it before you pay
Section titled “2. Try it before you pay”The smallest configuration — one creator and 100 drafts a month — costs nothing and gives access to every feature. We recommend using it to decide whether the Service suits you before choosing a paid configuration.
3. Rights under mandatory law
Section titled “3. Rights under mandatory law”Nothing in this policy limits a right to a refund, withdrawal or cancellation that you have under mandatory consumer or other law in your country and that cannot be excluded by contract. Where such a right applies, we honour it.
The Service is intended for businesses and professionals. Where a statutory right of withdrawal from a contract for digital services applies, it ends once the service has begun at your express request — that is, once you have started using the paid configuration.
Where a payment is processed by a reseller acting as merchant of record, the refund terms of that reseller, and any statutory rights they give effect to, apply in addition to this policy.
4. When we end the Service
Section titled “4. When we end the Service”If we terminate your account for convenience, on thirty (30) days’ written notice, we refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription fee on a pro-rata basis (Terms of Service §15.4). This is the only case in which we refund on our own initiative.
5. Cryptocurrency payments
Section titled “5. Cryptocurrency payments”Blockchain payments are irreversible. Where a refund is due under §3 or §4 for a payment made in cryptocurrency, it is paid in the same asset, to an address you provide, at the amount originally received in US dollars; network fees and exchange-rate movement are not compensated. Funds sent in the wrong asset, on the wrong network, in the wrong amount or after an invoice expired may be unrecoverable (Terms of Service §10.6).
6. How to ask
Section titled “6. How to ask”Write to support@sufflera.com within thirty (30) days of the payment, stating
the account email, the date and amount of the payment, and the reason for the
request. We reply within fourteen (14) days. Where a refund is due, it is made
using the original payment method where possible.
7. Changes
Section titled “7. Changes”We may update this policy. The version and date above show which text applies; a change does not affect payments made before it takes effect.
